so far, i have:
1. an alibata design of sayaw (dance), lakbay (travel), musika (music) and pag-ibig (love) surrounding buhay (life) tattooed around my left pelvic bone area,
a phoenix. pretty explanatory. i'd like to think i rise from the ashes when things go to shit.
an ouroboros. representing eternal recurrence. nietzche once said that we could be living our lives exactly as we're living it now over and over again. quoting him in gay science, "what, if some day or night a demon were to steal after you into your loneliest loneliness and say to you: 'this life as you now live it and have lived it, you will have to live once more and innumerable times more'... would you not throw yourself down and gnash your teeth and curse the demon that spoke thus? or have you once experienced a tremendous moment when you would have answered him: 'you are a god and never have i heard anything more divine.'" so i'd like to think i'm living a good enough life that i won't get sick of reliving it for eternity. not like i'll know anyway. but i'd like to be able to tell that demon that he is a god, and that i've never heard of anything more divine.
a star with each side made up of a musical note. it's unoriginal, as you can see. but i like it. i'm still thinking about how i can make it my own though. i can imagine having this done really small and on the back of my ear maybe.
i'm so indecisive. gah. but i think i'd like the next tattoo to be really small. maybe on the wrist, the back of my ear or on the nape. any suggestions?

oh damn, you know eternal recurrence is one of my favorite theories and i'm seriously tempted to get that! though it looks a little too aggressive, maybe i could soften it up a bit. hmmm

haha i never got it. you know how flakey i can be. but eternal recurrence is something that i've ALWAYS believed in so i'm pretty sure about this one. and i wanna get the words "amor fati" around it, which means "love fate" which is what nietzche said in relation to eternal return, just accepting fate, you know?
oh nice. yeah that makes sense. let's do it.=)
