hello again

it's been a while since i was last on this. and it's not like nothing's been going on. i guess that's it. there's too much going on that i just haven't had the time to update.

too many thoughts.

**spent friday night and saturday night in philly. a few friends graduated this weekend. it actually makes me miss college. i want to graduate all over again. haha.. only so i can party it up like everyone else on graduation. i don't remember much about my own graduation. i think we only ate out for dinner, and that was it. not that i'm complaining. :D

** it's sad that i will spend more on bikinis and boardshorts than i would on corporate attire. but hey, i'd rather invest in beachwear because this summer, i'm definitely going to make the most of it, for once. i think i might actually be too dark already. haha.. spent this saturday in ocean city. and it was awesome. i should've bought a skimboard but the water was still freezing. maybe in a couple of weeks. :D

** fathers' day reminded me of how much i miss my dad. despite us constantly butting heads. well, more like me constantly avoiding butting heads with him. haha.. called him saturday night and at first i was having such a hard time getting through. it was a lil frustrating. i guess i really just miss him.

** fathers' day at my cousin mike's was fun. it gave ellis time to hang out with my family and get to know them more. and i'm glad nobody grilled him. haha.. he got along with them well. and i think he has an admirer in lil alexa. which i should really be worried about. ellis starts 'em young. hahaha, kidding babe.

** it's getting harder and harder ending the week on sundays. i'll make any sort of excuse to extend it. but in the end, you can't really stop time.

** i'm going to be living alone again soon. adela is taking spanky (the dog i've been living with :-p) back to queens since tita rose is coming this weekend. and tim's car broke down so he's stuck in fair lawn until the whole car situation is resolved. it'll be extra quiet at the apartment again. and i was just getting used to spanky being around.

** i'm watching alicia keys tonight. first huge concert in a while. and all last minute. but i'm looking forward to it.=)

** tim's getting me to take hiphop dance classes with him tuesdays. it starts at 4:30pm and it's just two blocks away from where i work. so yeah, i might do that. $18 for two hours. not bad at all. i need some form of exercise. haha..

** i'm thankful for the strict parenting when i was growing up. but i think parenting should really end at 18. i think that's enough time to know the rules enough to break them. complete freedom at that point really does make you grow up better. i'll keep that in mind if/when i finally have kids of my own. oh boy.. i say that now, but watch me be strict as hell. haha..
