this past weekend was my last weekend as a bum, thank god. i'll be starting work this thursday (finally). so ultimately, i had wanted this weekend to be awesome.
i had originally planned to spend friday in philly. but at the last minute, i decided to come down thursday night instead. spent thursday and friday nights enjoying an open bar at riverdeck, mandarin buffet, and old city bars with el and his friends. then el and i made our way back up to fort lee on saturday. played a few games of bowling at bowler city, placing a bet that whoever wins gets a home-cooked meal from the loser. so i guess i'm making el dinner within the month (dun dun dun dun :-p).
overall, this weekend was a blast.

i'm at that phase where i'm dropping cheesy cliches like it was nothing. i'll spare you guys the details. but i am definitely happy. things just keep getting better.
i'm trying to stay realistic though. i know things won't always be the way it is now. but i don't think i need to worry too much. he's amazing. and i'm sure we'll be just fine. =)
