in a fortunate twist of events, i got a message from bading that goes:
pat, if all goes as planned with the presentation today
we will be hiring two more people soon after...
i hope to let you know before you complete
filing for an extension. sana by today or tomorrow.
i want this soooo bad that i prayed my lil heart out. i swear i've never talked to God this much, or pleaded this hard and meant it. and that's saying something. you know i'm not overly religious. but this morning, i think i prayed every kind of prayer i could think of. i hope it turns out well.
i don't even care about getting a refund from the lawyer anymore. i just want things to work out already. i want to start working! i want permanence now. i'm so sick of this uncertainty.
i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
