it's monday morning, and i'm on the bus into the city. finally doing the legwork for my g4 working visa. as much as i'm grateful for the post, and as much as i'm excited and itching to work (it's been two months since i was promised the post), it frustrates me that they're rushing me now when they had me hanging in the air for two months. but whatever. what's done is done. just gotta deal with what's going on now. at least things are working out this time.
anyway, so i'm heading into the city to get my canadian visa. i'll be flying out tomorrow afternoon for montreal where my tita lives. we'll be driving together at 4am from montreal to ottawa where i'll be getting my visa. hopefully everything will work out the way i'd hope -- obtain g4 visa by wednesday lunch time, drive back to montreal to jump back on that plane back to jersey that same day, then start work on thursday.
this is going to be a pretty hectic week. and i can't wait til it's over.
looking forward to the weekend. taking a break from taking that long commute to philly (which i don't really mind; just think i need to relax this weekend :-p) because el will be coming up for bon chon. =)
