you've got to hand it to the vietnamese. they have awesome food.
if only my stomach could handle it. :S
el brought me to this vietnamese restaurant place in south philly yesterday and had pho on a rainy afternoon. it was perfect. the appetizer, however, was another thing.
i love raw fish. if i can have sushi all my life, i will. so i was thinking, 'hey, maybe i'll like raw beef too.' so we had raw beef swimming under a spicy lime juice sauce thing, peanuts, and mint leaves. it was delish! too bad my stomach wasn't made of iron.
it took pity on me though. it didn't start acting up til i can access the comfort of my own bathroom. XD
