...of making this weather 50 degrees higher?

it's supposed to go up to 19F mid-day today. but the wind will still make it feel like 0F (no, that's not "of". read it: ZERO degrees fahrenheit).  

i'm looking out my office window right now and all i can say is that if this were some fantasy movie, i'd imagine a huge icicle of a person making 'hadouken's of wind at 100 times per minute!

and that's no exaggeration. i can actually SEE the wind.

i want my bed.
